Frequently Asked Questions
Short, practical answers about accounts, verification, games, betting, payments and staying in control. Search below or jump to a topic.
Registration
Select Register at the top of any page and enter your name, email address, date of birth and a password. Use your real details, because they must match the identity documents you provide later. The whole process is described step by step on our How It Works page.
You must be at least 19 years old in most Canadian provinces and territories, and at least 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Québec. If local law sets a higher age, that age applies. We confirm age as part of identity verification, and accounts held by anyone under age are closed.
Adults who meet the minimum age, live in and are located in a jurisdiction where the operator is authorised to offer its services, and are not self-excluded. Each person needs a valid email address and must be able to provide identity documents. Full eligibility rules are in our Terms and Conditions.
No. Each person may hold one account only. If we find duplicate accounts, we may close them and void bets or promotions obtained through them. If you have lost access to your account, contact support rather than opening a new one.
Verification
Know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) rules require us to confirm who our customers are, how old they are and where they live. Verification also protects you, because it stops anyone else from using your name or payment details. Withdrawals are only paid to verified accounts.
For identity, a valid government-issued photo ID such as a passport, driver’s licence or provincial ID card. For address, a utility bill, bank statement or official letter dated within the last three months. We may also ask for proof that a payment method belongs to you; documents are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We check your location mainly from your IP address when you register, log in and play. Where required, we may use additional location checks, which we will ask your permission for. Using a VPN or proxy to hide your location is not allowed and can lead to account closure.
Casino
The casino includes classic and video slots, jackpot games, table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat, and new releases from third-party studios. You can search by name or filter by category and provider. Availability can depend on your location.
Each spin is decided by a certified random number generator, so every result is independent of the one before. You choose a stake, spin, and any winning combination pays according to the game’s paytable. The published RTP is a long-term theoretical average over a very large number of spins, not a prediction for any session.
Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios, with a human dealer running the table. You place bets on screen while the dealer deals real cards or spins a real wheel. See the Live Casino page for blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game show tables.
Free-play mode depends on the game provider and on your location, so it is not available for every title. Live dealer games are never available in free-play mode. Where free play exists, it uses play credits with no cash value, and its results do not indicate how the real-money version will perform for you.
Sportsbook
The sportsbook covers ice hockey, football (soccer), basketball, baseball, tennis and American football, as well as sports such as esports, volleyball, cricket, boxing, MMA and rugby union. The leagues and events listed change with the sporting calendar.
Pre-match betting means placing a bet before an event starts. Odds are fixed when your bet is accepted, even if they change later. Each event page shows the league, teams, date and start time in Eastern Time, and the markets on offer.
Live (in-play) betting lets you bet while an event is in progress, where live markets are offered. Odds move quickly with the action, and markets may be suspended briefly after key moments such as a goal. Your bet is only placed once it is accepted at the odds shown on your bet slip.
A market is a specific question about an event, such as who wins, how many goals are scored or whether a team covers a handicap. Each possible outcome has odds that reflect its implied probability and determine your return. Open an event to see all its markets; the rules for each market type are in our Terms and Conditions.
Bets are settled on the official result published by the governing body or our data provider, usually soon after the event ends. Winnings are added to your balance and shown in your bet history. If an event is abandoned or postponed, the market rules decide whether bets stand or are void and stakes returned.
Payments
The methods available depend on your account and location and are shown in the cashier. They may include bank cards, bank transfers such as Interac e-Transfer, online banking and e-wallets. You can only use payment methods registered in your own name.
Open the cashier, choose a method, enter the amount and confirm. Any minimum or maximum amount, and any fee, is shown before you confirm. Your deposit limits apply to all methods combined; you can set them in your account, as explained on our Responsible Gambling page.
Request a withdrawal from the cashier once your account is verified. Where possible, funds are returned to the method you used to deposit. Each request is reviewed before payment, and you can track its status in your transaction history.
Processing times depend on the method and your verification status and are shown in the cashier before you confirm. Completing verification early avoids the most common delays. If a withdrawal seems to be taking longer than shown, contact support with the request reference.
Responsible Gambling
In your account settings you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit and loss limits, a session time limit and reality-check reminders. Lower limits apply straight away, while higher ones take effect only after a waiting period. Each tool is explained on our Responsible Gambling page.
Choose a cooling-off period in your account settings. While it is active you cannot deposit or bet, marketing stops, and the break cannot be ended early. For a longer, firmer break, consider self-exclusion.
Select Self-Exclusion in your account settings, or email support@zumospin.co from your registered address. You can choose 6 months, 1 year, 5 years or permanent exclusion, and it cannot be shortened once applied. The Responsible Gambling page explains what happens during exclusion and lists free Canadian support services.
Support
Email support@zumospin.co or use the form on our Contact Us page and choose the category that fits your question. Write from your registered email address and include any bet or payment references. Never send your password.
Email support@zumospin.co from your registered address and ask for your account to be closed. Any withdrawable balance is paid out first, subject to verification. If you are closing it because of gambling concerns, ask for self-exclusion instead, as it gives you a protected break; see Responsible Gambling.
Betting Basics
Odds are shown in decimal format. Multiply your stake by the odds to see the total return, including your stake: a $10 bet at 2.50 returns $25 if it wins. Lower odds mean an outcome is considered more likely, but no outcome is ever certain.
The bet slip collects the selections you have chosen. You can bet on each one separately (singles) or, where allowed, combine them into one accumulator, where every selection must win. Check the stake, odds and potential return before you confirm, because a bet cannot be cancelled once it is accepted.
Odds move as new information arrives, such as team news, betting activity or, in live events, what happens on the field. If the odds change while a selection is on your bet slip, you will be asked to accept the new price before the bet is placed. The odds shown in your bet history are the ones that apply.
Account Security
Use a long, unique password that you do not use anywhere else, log out on shared devices and never share your login details. We will never ask for your password by email or phone. Your data is protected as described in our Privacy Policy.
Change your password straight away and email support@zumospin.co with details of what you noticed. We can temporarily lock the account while we investigate. Acting quickly helps us protect your balance and personal information.
