Step by step

How Our Platform Works

From opening an account to your first withdrawal, here is what happens at each stage and what we need from you.

Nine steps from sign-up to support

  1. Step 1: Create an Account

Select Register and enter your name, email address, date of birth and a password. You will be asked to confirm that the details are accurate and that you accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Use your real details: they must match the documents you provide later, or withdrawals will be held until the mismatch is resolved. Each person may hold one account only.

  2. Step 2: Verify Your Identity

Before your first withdrawal, and sometimes earlier, we ask for proof of identity and address. This usually means a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s licence or provincial ID card) and a recent utility bill or bank statement.

Verification is a legal requirement (KYC and AML) and protects you against someone else using your name or payment details. Documents are uploaded through your account and reviewed by our verification team.

  3. Step 3: Check Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal gambling age where you live: 19+ in most provinces and territories, and 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Québec. The age confirmation shown when you first visit does not replace verification.

You must also be located in a place where the operator is authorised to offer its services. We use your IP address and, where needed, other location signals to check this. If your location is not supported, real-money play is not available.

  4. Step 4: Explore Casino Games

The casino groups games into slots, jackpot games, table games and new releases. You can search by name, filter by category or provider, and open a game’s details to see its type and studio.

For dealer-hosted blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows, visit the Live Casino. Game rules and RTP information are available inside each game.

  5. Step 5: Explore Sports

The sportsbook lists upcoming and live events by sport and league. Each event shows the teams, the date and start time in Eastern Time, and the markets available, such as match result, totals or handicaps.

Open an event to see all of its markets. Add a selection to your bet slip, enter a stake and review the odds before you confirm. Odds can change until the bet is accepted.

  6. Step 6: Understand Payments

Deposits and withdrawals are made in your account’s cashier. The methods shown there are the ones currently available for your account and location, and they may include bank cards, bank transfers and e-wallets.

Any minimum or maximum amount, and any fee, is shown in the cashier before you confirm. Processing times depend on the method and your verification status and are also shown before you confirm.

  7. Step 7: Set Personal Limits

Before you play, decide how much money and time you are comfortable spending. In your account settings you can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, loss limits and session limits, and turn on reality-check reminders.

Lowering a limit takes effect straight away. Raising or removing one only takes effect after a waiting period, so the decision is not made in the heat of the moment. See Responsible Gambling for details.

  8. Step 8: Manage Your Account

Your account area shows your balance, transaction history, bet history and active limits. From there you can update contact details, change your password, manage marketing preferences and upload verification documents.

Some details, such as your name and date of birth, can only be changed through support because they are linked to your verified identity.

  9. Step 9: Request Support

If something is unclear or not working, email support@zumospin.co or use the form on the Contact Us page. Choose the category that fits your question so it reaches the right team.

Include your account email and, for a bet or payment, the date and reference shown in your history. Never send your password.

Rules for every account

Account Verification

We verify identity, age and address for every account. We may also ask for proof that a payment method belongs to you, for example a photo of your card with the middle digits covered, or a bank statement showing your name.

We can request further documents at any time if required by law or if we detect unusual activity. Until verification is complete, withdrawals and some account features may be restricted.

Deposit Requirements

  • Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Funds must be your own and not from any unlawful source.
  • The minimum and maximum deposit for each method, and any fee, are shown in the cashier before you confirm.
  • Your deposit limits apply to every method combined.

Depositing is not a reason to bet more than you planned. Only deposit money you can afford to lose.

Withdrawal Procedures

Request a withdrawal from the cashier. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the method you used to deposit. Your account must be verified, and any bonus funds are subject to the terms of that promotion.

Each request is reviewed before it is paid. Processing times depend on the method and verification status and are shown before you confirm. You can follow the status of every request in your transaction history.

Betting Rules

A bet is accepted when it appears in your bet history with a confirmation. Odds and stakes are fixed at that moment. Bets are settled on the official result of the event, under the market rules in the Terms and Conditions.

Casino game outcomes are governed by each game’s rules. If a game or connection fails, the game’s own malfunction rules apply and incomplete rounds are usually restored or refunded.

Responsible Gambling

All accounts can use deposit, loss and session limits, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. If gambling stops being fun, take a break and talk to someone. Our Responsible Gambling page lists free, confidential help lines across Canada.

Account Restrictions

We may restrict, suspend or close an account if the holder is under age, is in an unsupported location, holds more than one account, provides false information, or uses the platform for fraud or money laundering. We may also restrict an account while verification is pending.

Where we restrict an account we will tell you why, unless the law prevents it, and explain what you can do. The full rules are in our Terms and Conditions.
