Promotions

How promotions work on Zumospin and what the terms mean. Current offers, when available, are shown in your account together with their full terms.

Where to Find Current Offers

We do not advertise offers on this page. When a promotion is available to you, it appears in the promotions area of your account with its full terms: who can take part, how to opt in, what you need to do and when it ends.

If no promotion is listed in your account, none is currently available to you. Offers can differ between accounts and locations.

Eligibility

To take part in a promotion, you need a verified account in good standing and must meet the minimum age in your province: 19+, or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Québec. Each promotion may add its own conditions, such as a qualifying deposit or a specific game or sport.

Promotions are never offered to accounts under a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, and we may exclude accounts where we have concerns about gambling harm.

Opting In

Promotions are optional. Most require you to opt in by selecting the offer in your account before you make a qualifying deposit or bet. You can decline any offer, and you can usually cancel an active bonus from your account, although this removes the bonus funds and any winnings linked to them.

Wagering Requirements Explained

A wagering requirement is the total amount you must bet before bonus funds, or winnings from them, can be withdrawn. It is usually written as a multiple of the bonus. For example, if a bonus had a requirement of “10x”, every $1 of bonus would need $10 of bets before it became withdrawable. This example is only to explain the idea; the actual requirement for any offer is stated in its terms.

Your progress is shown in your account. Wagering is a condition, not a target: you do not need to complete it, and you should never bet more than you planned just to clear it.

Time Limits

Promotions have an end date for opting in and, where relevant, a period within which wagering must be completed. If the period ends before the conditions are met, the remaining bonus funds and linked winnings expire. The dates are shown in the offer’s terms and in your account.

Game Weighting

Not every game counts equally towards wagering. Slots often count in full, while table games, live casino games or certain sports markets may count partially or not at all. Some games may be excluded completely.

The terms of each promotion list how each game type contributes. Check them before you play so you know which bets count.

Maximum Bet While Wagering

While a bonus is active, most promotions set a maximum stake per spin, hand or bet. Bets above that amount may not count towards wagering and can lead to the bonus being removed. The limit for each offer is stated in its terms and is shown in your account while the bonus is active.

Withdrawing Bonus Winnings

Once all conditions are met, the bonus balance converts to cash and can be withdrawn like any other funds, subject to account verification. Some promotions cap the amount that can be converted; if so, the cap is stated in the terms.

Your own deposited cash can be withdrawn at any time, but doing so while a bonus is active may cancel that bonus. Your account shows the effect before you confirm. General rules are set out in the Bonus Conditions section of our Terms and Conditions.

Promotions and Responsible Gambling

A promotion does not change the odds of any game or bet, and it does not make gambling a way to earn money. Keep to the budget you set before you start, and do not deposit more because an offer is available.

You can stop receiving promotional messages at any time in your account settings. If gambling is becoming hard to control, visit our Responsible Gambling page for limits, breaks and free support.
